Calling all dieters…
No need to stay in on a Saturday night because you’ve decided to lay off the carbs. Don’t bother ditching your friends for a “staycation” at home with your parents just because you’re cutting out chocolate.
Even if you are taking it easy with the caloric intake, you can still have double the fun, with half the calories. With that said, here are a few of our favorite drinks to get the job done without packing on the pounds:
Vodka Soda. Sure, it’s basic. But it’s also a classic, and at around 70 calories a pop, you can throw these babies back like you were born to do it.
If you’re craving something sweet, unfortunately, you’ll have to skip the Cosmo. Instead, ask your favorite bartender to whip up a drink made with raspberry-infused vodka, club soda and a little lime over ice.
The eggnog may be calling your name this holiday season, so do your favorite skinny friends a favor and whip up a batch of eggnog using coconut milk. Don’t roll your eyes just yet. We love this recipe found here.
We all crave a good margarita (or two) once in a while, but thanks to that sugary marg mix, it’s a no-go for dieters everywhere. Instead, opt for a glass of tequila with a splash of club soda and lime juice.
